ok first of all who graded it a MS-70, may sound like a stupid question but the answer could mean hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars difference

A quick check of e-bay shows $115-$135.

I guess you can't link it cause you need to be logged in to do a completed items search but you can check: ngc 2006 first strike ms70
This would be listed under bullion.

I'd sell while the market is hot. By this time next year, 2006 MS-70's will be a whole lot more common than they are today, because many of them are coming straight from the mint to people who have them slabbed.

You'll find that modern MS-70 coins in general, and "First Strikes" in particular (what intrinsic value does a first strike have when dozens of fresh die pairs are used every year, anyways?) have their detractors among serious numismatists. In the interest of honesty, I'm one of them. To me, there's little value in the difference between an MS-69 and an MS-70, and modern coins of these grades are far too common to justify their market value.

The people paying such prices for them are, in my opinion, playing on a bubble. Once enough of them climb on to the bubble, it will burst.
