Well "Vive Et Vivas" doesn't exist as far as I can tell.

In Latin "Viva Ut Vivas" translates as:

"live that you may live"
"live life to the fullest"
"live that you may live forever"

The coin itself might be a crude type of Challenge Token, but with no distinction into it's origin I'm not sure.

Googling the exact phrase "vive et vivas" reveals it to be bad Latin for "Live and let live".

As for what it is, I'm likewise in the dark.

Possibly a token for a Mardi Gras Crewe that makes floats for the Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans, LA. But they usually spell crew with an e.
