OK, I know I have gone a little crazy with the Ike's, but here goes with another one. This appears to me to be a Moon Line Die Clash (at lease according to the ikegroup.org). Do you agree or is it just wishful thinking? Thanks!

That's a variety I'm not familiar with, but I'll have to research it. And there's nothing wrong with being Ike crazy...I've completed my set, but I still search Ikes...you never know what you may find!

Definitely a Moon line on your Ike. A strong one too. One thing to remember
where there is one clash sometimes there are more.
You might want to check for the "Hair Lip" "UDU" "JawLine" "TalonHead"
and "Eye Clash"

Good Job

I am an Eisenhower dollar fan, but far from an expert on the Die Varieties. That being said, it looks like one to me. Very nice!

Stewart-you can see my "friendly" and "talon head" at my previous post here. I have had these Ikes for years and never really thought anything about them. Still havent finished checking them all out.

JPrine,

Yes the 1971-D is a RDV-006 (Friendly Eagle Variety)
and both of the other pictures are Talon Heads. Very Nice Finds.
Be Very Careful these Ike Varieties can become VERY Addicting
Please Seek Counseling while you still can If counseling is not what is needed and you want to pursue this very addicting path. The best place I know of to get your daily Ike Variety Fix is the Ike Group
And welcome to Ike Land
