1990 Lincoln With Brassy Reverse

Just thought this coin was interesting as I was searching BU's. The obverse is pretty much normal copper, but the reverse is very brassy. The coin of interest is on the left:

Because of my colorblindness I have never had luck telling the difference...even when laid side by side.

I see nothing. Sorry.

I don't think it's a brass plated variety because that would affect both sides,i think it's a toning issue.
