Change Machines No Charge

I know that Commerce Banks have change machines. Today I went to Valley National Bank and found out that they all have change machines at no charge. I asked a teller if they are available to anyone, not just customers, and they are free for anyone to use. I remember a member mentioning he/she had $500 of half dollars and knowing how to get them changed all at once. Well now there's also this bank. I will be getting rid of my hundreds of pennies next week. Hope this helps someone.
