It appears to be a coin of an Edward I.

Edward I, 1239-1307, king of England (1272-1307), son of and successor to Henry III.

It is indeed Edward, but it should be pointed out that this coin is from the English territories in Ireland. The "portrait-in-a-triangle" is very distinctive of Anglo-Irish coinage. Dublin mint (CIVI TAS DUB LINE in the four quarters of the cross on the reverse).
