Do you guys have any guesses to what this coin would grade?

Which is the best Canadian grading company? I was think of using (ICCS)... Surprised they don't even have a website, why is this? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Bradh,

The two big coin grading services in Canada are ICCS and CCCS.
CCCS does have a website:
http://www.canadiancoincertificatio...m/index4.php

I don't understand why ICCS is still operating with 20th century technology.

Hello BradH,
it is a nice coin, but not worth spending money to grade it. above suggestions of F12 are dead on...
check ebay and see what it is worth, or what some buyers will pay for it, as there is a market.there were 1,600,000 of them minted.
As for ICCS.... they just do not care. They say it is too expensive to set up a data base for all the coins they grade. suggested that 25 cents more for each coin would more than pay for that..... there was silence on the other end of the phone.... they are setting the course for their own demise unless they wake up.

More and more high end Canadian material is moving to PCGS holders.

Although you love it, it won't crack VF. I must be one of the few remaining renegades in the hobby. I hate slabbed coins. I will not purchase them. It's indisputable that certification companies provide a necessary service. What remains in dispute is whether slabs cheapen or enhance the collector experience.

I think it is just a little bit over F12, but not VF.
