Without looking My bet is C-6.

OK, I've looked now and I was wrong. It is a C-9 R-2 Die State VII

(The 1804 Half Cents come in 13 varieties and a lot of different die states. The C-6 is frequently collected by die state and I think there have been something like 26 different die states for the C-6 identified.)
