Here's another one I picked up from the grab bin. It's toned on the obverse but the reverse very clean. How would you grade this one? What about the bands?

The two scratches on the obverse, under TRUST and on the "E" in LIBERTY are on the holder.

Matt, This should grade MS63 easily. The bands are not full-split. Note the fill on the center band and the left side of the lower band. Here's and example of full-split bands.
