I am not the best at grading MS Morgans and the pics have a glare on them making it difficult to fully see the condition of the fields. Having said that I would say the obverse is MS64 and the reverse is MS65.

Nice CC either way you look at it.

from the pictures I will say MS-63. I can't see the coin well because of all the glare but I think those marks on the cheek and in the fields would keep it from going higher
