Could someone tell me what is the large jewel variety and why this seller is selling this one cent for this high amount.
Is it because of the far beads or the ms 65?

The fact the coin has been slabbed with a high grade has much to do with it. The same coin ungraded will be significantly cheaper. Plus there may be few specimens of this variety in that grade as well.
