Kaspersky has now confirmed that google syndication detections that starting appearing today are false detections and they are working on virus defs update to resolve the issue.

I had the same thing happen to me,i was kinda worried about it till I read this post.So nothing to worry about?

My mine just received a new update of virus defs and I am not longer seeing warnings on the ads for this site.

So if you were seeing the same, nothing to worry about and will go away when you receive an update of the virus defs.
