1900S VAM 16- 2 Olive Reverse.
It's not a full second olive,so I think that eliminates the VAM19. This has to be VAM16.

I believe that both the 16 & 19 were of the same hub, which should mean that the olives should be the same. The difference between the 16 & the 19 is in the mint mark I think. Yours appears to have the narrow mm. ( VAM 16).
