Looks like an EF/AU piece. With the apparent lack of mint luster, EF45.

have you put this coin on a scale yet? I would be interested in hearing the weight of this coin. I would agree with the prior assessments as far as condition range, however the milky appearance of the surface raises my eyebrow. I've run across a couple that looked like this and they ended up to be counterfeit and very lite. I'm not saying yours is but I would like to hear what it ways out at.

I don't have the coin with me. This was an ebay purchase from a reputable dealer. I highly doubt it's counterfeit, but the minute it arrives it'll go on the scale and I'll post the results. Thanks for the replies.

that sounds good to me! You will find that a lot of people have been burned on ebay but many have had great success, including myself. As long as you are, like you said, dealing with a reputable person and has a moneyback guarantee return policy you will be just fine. I think there are some great finds on ebay if you want to take the time and dig through the piles and piles of offers. I can't wait to see what it weighs!
