INS a TPG defunct since 1992 lives on in this ebay auction
note that the american INS has issued a certificate in French not even stating the date of the coin being authenticated
The coin itself graded by me and my friend at MS 63 is not too bad
( whether it really is linked to the certificate is anybody's guess)

Doing a full search on the net I found there are or have been 107 TPG services

If the coin had graded MS 64 I might have bid just to get my hands on the certificate
