Why would they choose to put the shield facing foward?

Yeah, I really dislike them putting the shield on the front. I can understand doing so for the 2009 cents, but not the shield since that one is here to stay for a while. Hopefully PCGS does it the correct way.

Hmmmm.....I agree that the date should be on the front unless the NGC knows something that we don't know.

I was under the understanding it was the customers preference. They will set a coin in a slab any way you like, just commonly the obverse is on the label side as default.

I bet the mint is really kicking itself because they made all this hype about the February release and now people are already getting them back from grading before they were supposed to be released

I don't think the mint has made much hype over the Feb "release". Last I looked they didn't even have a Press Release about it on their website.

ok, I was thinking I saw some type of press release someone posted on here about the release, may have been someone other than the mint announcing it and I was thinking it was the mint

Grading company's mount as your request. Rev up is a option
when submitting. I do it for all the Panda's, I just
like the rev more than the obv.

If they're all about making the most money they can, then I'm surprised that the Mint didn't make "Two Roll Sets" available for these......
