I've recently gotten this coin. It's 13 mm side-by-side and 14 - 14.5 mm on diagonals, squared with cut of all four corners that is made it kind of octagon rather than square. It has signs of little electroplate on Obv. side that are visible on the pictures. I checked on Wildwinds and other web sites and couldn't found the similar coin.
So, could somebody help me to identify this coin, its mint and appox. value, if any?

This is a Byzantine Empire coin called a Trachy (AKA Cup Coin). This one has been reduced in size by cutting away most of the design. These reduced size coins are usually seen during the period of Latin Rule from 1204-1261. When the empire was ruled by the Latin speaking Christains of the West.

Thanks a lot for information. I just recently started my collection. Is Rev. side of the coin intentionally left blank, or it's erased over the years? Could you describe the Obv. side? s this coin has any value?

Actually that's the obverse and there usually and image of Christ of Mary holding Christ, this one is worn off. The reverse is usually the emperor or saint. Because of it being reduced in size I can't say what it is. Value of this coin would be a couple of dollars.
