What would a roll of 1963 red BU cents be worth?

They do. Hmmmm. That means if all of those red are MS65 I should have a bundle in a whole roll huh?

ICCS graded cents in MS 65 are available on ebay for half that and an ICCS MS 65 grade is not easy. I'm not sure what an ungraded roll would sell for, but I would think less than the link to the 1965 roll (1965 had many varieties to search for). Hopefully someone with more experience with unc rolls will chime in.

When I purchase BU 1 cent Bank rolls from any year I times it by 50 X MS-60 trend price of that year or less if you can get it. I wouldn't pay more than that as mentioned by chequer MS-65 is not an easy coin to find usually only 1 or 2 if your lucky no more to a roll than that on the average.

You're probably looking at somewhere around $10-20 for a mint sealed, original roll.

Even in an ICCS MS-65 holder, these are not particularly valuable.

There's a canadian retailer with a large online catalog that lists prices for BU rolls from 1953-date. For reference they sell 1963 1 cent rolls for $6 each, but every year before that is at least $20.
