I am going to say XF-40. There is quite a bit of wear on the shield, and the 2 nics on reverse bring it down a bit in my opinion, Nice coin.

Nice dime! I'm on the VF/EF fence with this one. I'm leaning toward EF40 but VF35 would be the conservative grade.

At least from the pics, which are taken at an angle and could reduce the apparent detail.
