I went to the Long Beach show and managed to locate this piece. I've needed a "with arrows, with motto" type (the Red Book calls it "variety 5") and this looked like a good choice.

What are your opinions regarding grade and value?

I see some very light wear on the top of Ms Liberty's head and breast, and legs. With the amount of remaining luster I would grade this coin at AU-53. With a value in the area of $450. Very nice addition.
Rest in Peace

I'm thinking AU-55 or 58. Very little wear, and what looks to be a lot of luster on the reverse.

Boy I only see the slightest friction on the high points and believe 55 is a minimum grade for this coin. Could also go as a 58 - 62 super slider.

I believe a fair grade would be 58. Very nice piece!

I see wear on the obverse: cheeck, hand. hand, leg. On the reverse: claws.

The Coin Community graders were pretty close on this coin. There is only a trace of wear and the major grade limitation is the subdued luster on the obverse. The same dealer had a PCGS MS-63 example of this date that to my eye looked almost identical, with only slightly stronger luster. With the MS coin priced at more than 3X the price of the AU, I went with the cheaper coin.
