No, those are the normal leaves. The problem is that the seller makes no mention of the edge variety, lettered edge is more valuable than vine and bars.

I'm surprised several people have bid on it without asking about the lettering. If I were planning on bidding I'd ask him and if he didn't post the answer I wouldn't bid. Other than that everything seems legit about the auction. If someone wanted it for their Dansco but couldn't afford a problem free coin in better condition this seems like a reasonable choice.
