Nice strong strike for a New Orleans mint coin. Details look MS-64, however because of all the chatter on Ms Liberty's face and scuff marks on her chin along with a ding on the eagles left wing. I'm going to say MS-63. The coin looks like it has a nice gold tone to it.

most of the gold is the lighting, I still need to work on that, and better focus!!I'll try again later..
