It appears to be a little better than a F12... LIBERTY is a little mushy. It could be this pic is a little out of focus at the top of the coin. I would call this a 15-20

With the lower band complete this should make an easy VF-25. I would say 'liberty' is mushy due to the pic, but based on the washed out quality of the pics could be cleaned, don't know. You did alright.

Not sure where XF came from but I don't think this could be classified as such. XF would have to get to a 40, and I don't believe this could make it.

Well VF goes to 35, XF starts at 40. Here's the scale:
Poor: 1 Fair: 2 About Good: 3 G: 4, 6 VG: 8, 10 F: 12, 15 VF: 20, 25, 30, 35 XF: 40, 45 AU: 50, 53, 55, 58 MS: 60-70
