Appears to be a person on horse back with a weapon in left hand..
Other side just has some of the green and brownish spots on it..
I do not know if this is the real deal or a fantasy piece..

The central figure appears to be a centaur to me.

There seems to be some inscription below the exergue, but I can't even tell what alphabet it is.

It doesn't appear to be fake to me, but without an image on the other side it's going to be difficult to ID. Though if that round spot in the center of the centaur back is a dimple and there is another one on the other side in the same position. It would indicate a possible Roman provincial coin and we would have a place to start looking.
