No. The obverse is loosely based on the Athena found on ancient Greek coins, but the temple is definitely not how the ancients would have depicted it.

It's probably a relatively modern tourist item.

A "fake" would be copied from a genuine coin. This would be a "fantasy", since there never was an original coin that looks like this.
