A cheap, lazy snag nets an ANACS old white Ike, a 1973-S Ike removed from its blue Ike packaging by someone at some point.

The seller used scanner instead of photos...so I will re-shoot it when I get it to restore all the stuff the scanner stripped away, namely, luster.

Darth, congratulations on the Nightcrawler my friend . Very hard little beast to nail down. I have yet to find one and the one one were able to get Brian to part with is a beautiful specimen.

I absolutely love the toning on the 71 65+ make the entire coin just pop right out at you. Great Hunting Job

Kbbpll,
Very nice 76 congratulations,
Love hearing the back stories on how people come to acquire them.
Great story,
Also think the "other business cards"are very cool

Took some photos in-hand of that 73S ANACS. Hopefully they are at least semi-decent. The luster is super-strong and everywhere, against an almost frosted or matte appearance with some slight edge toning.

Stopped at the bank to ask for rolls of halves, as I'm 1 roll short a full box
after finding 19 40% in the last box. There in the teller tray were 3 Ikes, 2 1976 and a 1971
told her the tooth fairy needed the Ikes, so she thought that was so nice
of grandpa to give them away that she allowed that I could have all 3 of them.
Also a SBA was in her tray, along with $6.00 in loose common halves.

Bright and shiny Ikes - a lot better than semi-decent
