There used to be a Rotated Die Coin Census that tried to estimate and keep track of the rarity for all coins with rotated dies between 90 and 180 degrees. There were several
Indian cent years that were not on the list, but that doesn't mean they weren't made. I actually found a few rotated examples that were previously not listed on that site. To answer your question, though, I know that one example of an 1877
Indian cent was found with rotated dies of 180 degrees. I also don't know of a 1908-S or a 1909-S
Indian cent with rotated dies, but that doesn't mean the mint didn't make a couple.
