I would say business strike because of the subtile collar trace on the obverse rim. I also do not see enough suface texture difference between the fields and portrait to class it as a proof strike.

This is a normal surface treatment for these coins at that time.
I lived in Switzerland around the date of this coin--and had many similar in my pockets.
