It's an Odd looking Mint Mark.Allmost Looks like a Tripple MM,I see what looks like a Die crack just to the left.I'm just not sure how that affected the MM.Any thoughts?

Looks like a BADLY eroded die.

Look at the flow lines..there is obviously pressure on the die toward the rim. This is an worn die...the crack along the neck is because there is so much pressure from the metal to "flow" over the crease that is the base of the neck and then the center of the "p" being knocked out deep enough that it took part of the base of the die with it which is why the center is higher than the rest of the "P".

Worn Die,Eroded Die,I figured that was the cause.It Still looks pretty cool.
A Tripple Mint Mark that is not a Tripple MM.Thanks for the words
