I noticed the really bad die crack in the 1891-CC Vai from the Yap islands......but, I believe that is actually an 18 97 Vai, the more common variety and known to have these die cracks from Carson City that year ! ...

Quote: no coin will be your last coin you've bought Hmm. Good point! However the coin I chose for this was the one I last purchased right before Unnkown95 proposed this contest in my last contest. So, while true, no coin will be the last one I EVER buy, there is one identifiable coin I bought just prior to this contest starting.

Quote: 2008 Proof ASE Quote: a 1950_D jefferson nickel I'll go with the default country to be U.S. to make it easier on those who don't post a country. Neither of these coins are my last purchase. (Of course, that's what I would have to say since neither of these have fully complied with the rules...) Quick review: The winning guess must contain an Quote: obverse and a reverse picture of that coin MtnCoinMan: I do like the deciphering with the "PF Chang"! Neat thinking! (That's not what I intended with that clue, though, sorry.)
