The skunk on Loomis rolls continues. Picked up 30 Loomis rolls from a local CU then picked up 20 rolls from a bank that does not use Loomis and found a 1948-S and a 1953-S.

Got a $1000 bag of dimes from my banks coin counter Friday morning. Found 10 silver Roosevelts, a couple recent Canadian dimes and a Singapore 10 cent coin. Still have a $50 bag of cents to look through tomorrow.

Must have been lucky but a couple months ago I was in the bank and asked for whatever loose dime rolls they had on hand. They gave me 7 rolls which were all hand wrapped. It yielded 1951 & 1964 Roosevelts and a 1942 Mercury. I'm not a dime guy, but after that I did two boxes which yielded nothing, so now I'm back to doing pennies and whatever loose halves they have in their trays.

Why don't you order halves by the box?

@perotti31 Seems like too much of a hassle for little return.

I am not good with errors at all and I never really look for them unless they are very see able but today when I was searching I came upon this and was wondering if its anything? I know if it is anything its not worth any more than a dime but still would be cool to have one although small Im thinking maybe a weak strike but then again I'm not good with errors. To me it seems very weak on the last 0 in 2000s but its probably just wear on it

had a good box today with 3. 1950 came out first, and then nothing for a while. 1964 and 1948 came out in the last four rolls.
