well just skunked on 100$ of dimes, dang bank wouldn't give me a box, because I dont have a Business account. Sad part is I picked up boxes from that branch twice in the past. Must have been someone new, or they're low on boxes. Well when I get off class, I'mgoing to go dump this 100$ of dimes at one of my pick up banks. The counter reject tube angle is not that high so coins dont fall all the way out. fingers crossed.
Update* Didnt make it back in time bank closed, so I just went home.

its true, they can get low on boxes. If you don't order for yourself in advance, they may not think they have enough to give out. Bigger banks in big city areas have more, small areas and banks have less coin on hand. If you have lots of banks around, go into them and ask until one of them forks over the coin :-)

Bought a box of hand rolled dimes today. Not sure if they were hand rolled at the bank but I about half way and most have 1 or 2 missing. Dang it!!

dimes have been good to start the year for me. Out of 13 boxes, 11 of them had at least 1 silver. There was a streak of 8 boxes in a row with silver, my first 8 boxes of the year. Longest streak last year was 4 boxes in a row with silver, which happened twice. 1 of the 13 boxes was solid 2014. And 1 box was a skunk, that was today. For the other 11 boxes, I got 17 rosies out of em, and that is better on average than last year, so that counts as a good start. no hole fillers yet this year, but they are out there somewhere. I sure did enjoy the consistency of the dimes. they are the easiest to dump too (quietest, lightest).

Nice find. One silver is better than no silver.

Yeah, I just hope it last a little while longer... I was temped to get 3 boxes of quarters to say I tested those water, but was satisfied with what I had... I'mgoing down to my one of pick up banks and asking them to order me 2 boxes of halves tomorrow, and pick up a box of dimes. Lets hope the roll keeps coming. Fingers crossed.
