Also found a 1942 Mercury and about 7 Canadian non silver dimes plus 3 other foreign coins Nice finds!  What are the three other foreign coins? I was going to mention the type when I posted but couldn't figure out how to spell the country and I couldn't find a way to make spell check work. There were 2 Czechoslovakian 10 Groszy coins 1999 and 2008 and a British 5 pence 1990.
If I can ever figure out how to post pictures on here I will. I tried once before but never got it to work. I hope to get my son to show me how next time he;s here.

One box today gave up 2 silver: a 1964, and a 1965 Canadian. My 2nd Canadian silver in US circulation!  |

bag of dimes yielded 6 silver roosies and a 1971 proof. Better than average - definitely happy.

CoinCbass: When returning a bag of dimes about how much do you lose to the coin counter? Not sure if its lost when I dump or its when I pick them up. My last bag I lost about $5.00. Found 2 silver dimes. That was a loss.

its widely variable.
It generally seems to be on, but I typically buy from banks with OLD coin machines sand return to a bank with the NEW ones. it rejects alot of them, but they come out to the reject bin that is meant for the coin-returner to be able to get to. for some reason dimes are usually the highest percentage of coins that are totally messed up, damaged, bent, etc - the old machines will take them, the new one won't
i would figure that I might lose a couple, but I quite frankly haven't paid too much attention to it.

Searched two boxes of dimes after striking out AGAIN on halves. No silver, but found a Canadian dime and several extra dimes that were in over-filled CWRs. I'll take it.
