When you find a current star note of any series, do you keep the average circulated condition pieces or not? I always keep the uncirculated or very light circulated but what about a bill that has been used in a lot of transactions? Any eventual value?

You should look them up http://www.mycurrencycollection.com...erence/stars to see how many were printed, low print runs I would keep. I also keep more ones then any of the higher denoms, simply can't afford to. I also prefer to keep only if they start with at least four zeros. Upgrade condition as you can. The BEP is thinking of dropping the star note program and if they do they will increase in value, even the circulated notes. IMHO

John,
Please take look at my post called "sequential star notes". I cannot see my star notes? What am I missing and what other info do I need from the notes? They are series 2006. Thanks

Ceylon,

http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2006_s.html

Here is another link to the same type of info. This site does list your notes as being produced in 3/09.

That other site must just have some missing info.
