I have a note that starts and ends with 29. Is it enough to keep?

I generally do not keep double digit repeaters. I do not keep triple digit repeaters, either, but would be tempted if it were 555, 777, or something special. Assuming there's nothing special about it, it would have zero to minimal premium. You could keep it, though, if you think it's worth holding onto until the next one comes along.
