its an off center, took at the SN on the other side, it runs into the signature. probably around #6 to $15

Good deal. Did this happen often in the 70's? I had found a bank that had some straps of 2's and bought them all. I noticed that in the 70's the serial numbers "wander" alot. Most of the serial numbers on the bills from 2003 were perfectly placed.
