I just cant say from the pictures, a proof coin has such mirror fields that it sometimes just shows the reflection of the letters and makes them look doubled when in fact they arent, and from the pictures I just cant tell one way or another

This is an MS coin and from the pic I still see nothing but Mechanical Doubling on the coin,, Flat and shelf like. no split serifs,,
