coinsrfun Pillar of the Community Canada 693 Posts	Posted 03/03/2010 8:13 pm In Dec 1977 the RCM finished up the last of the 5 cent run, the next day, they started running 1978 1 cent coins. An already struck planchett (5 cent) was stuck in the machinery. Fell into striking chamber. And well...that is my story. :-) Report this Post to the Staff
