What-Is-This????-Perhaps-A-Loony-??
it appears a loony, both sides.... on a "WHAT" planchet? ...
any ideas about what it could be or is worth would be appreciated.

A one cent planchett? Planchett would get slightly larger being struck with no collar, hence thinner, weight is bang on....yup one cent planchett.
