I got a bit restless today so I decided to look through a few bags of 2c pieces,I found 3 1968s,2 are a bit beat up,the other one is not to shabby,2 67 no initials,1 1981 no initials and this coin,it goes in my what the heck page.Its the second what the heck coin I've got this weekend(see my post in world varieties).

I wonder what the guy was doing at the time to make him do this,was he/she extremely bored or was their a method in their madness?..
