I believe it's a liard from the Austrian Netherlands (Brabant). It's hard to tell the grade of your coin from the scans because bits are out of focus, but I found one for sale on DNE coins for $40; scroll down to Netherlands - Brabant.

Thanks for the info Sap :)
The only difference from the coin in your link is the mintmark and grade, mine is better.
I looked again in Krause under Austrian Netherlands and both countries separately but its not listed.
I replaced the image with a better one so you can check on the grade.

Sap is right: your coin is a liard from the Austrian Netherlands in the name of the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI of the Habsburg family.
It is in the "Atlas der munten van België van de Kelten tot heden" (Atlas of the Belgian coins from Celts until now) of author Hugo Vanhoudt as Vanhoudt#J4
This coin is not listed in Krause.

3 mintmarks are listed for this coin:
for Brabant: hand (Antwerp) and angel head (Brussels). the mintmark on the coin on Sap's link is angel head, mintmark of Brussels.
for Flanders: lily (Bruges): that's the mintmark on your coin.

I give also the picture in the Atlas: it bears the hand mintmark of Antwerp.

the Atlas only lists types , but gives no values.

As you can see: the coin types for Brabant bear the titles of Duke of Burgundy and Brabant, while your type, minted at the Bruges mint, bears the titles of Duke of Burgundy and count of Flanders
