The only things that pop up when you Google that exact phrase "state 2 dollar bills" are... well... this forum page... and this ebay listing.

They look privately done, and certainly not worth the 1300 bucks she's asking for it (That's the $1500 bid minus the $200 face value of the 100 circulated $2 notes she's throwing in for free).
