I am learning more and more everyday about coins and grading. My question is, greysheet lists values for MS and DMPL coins. I have not found anywhere that lists values for PL coins. Obviously PL would be higher than MS and less than DMPL.

How is one to determine the value of a PL coin?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Good question. I've never see a priceing reference that lists PL conditions either. My first stop in doing price research is auction houses, like Heritage or TeleTrade. You can join at no cost and get access to their acution archives for research. You can also search ebay past auctions for input. Compare the price reference points you find with maybe Greyshet or Numismedia and you will see a trend for your purchase targets. Keep in mind you will always run into someone that will pay more than your research if they really just gotta have the one you are looking at. Good Luck

Numismedia does have a listing for proof like morgans if it helps you. I don't know of any other place to see a list of grades and prices. nlp

PCGS price guide does as well, at least on Morgans anyway.
