Yes, it looks surprisingly real, with the exception of the largeness.

The LIBERTY on the coronet looks weak... looks cast or is just really worn.

haha yeah this is a novelty. You can find them at gift shops of historical sites. There's mega versions of LMCs, nickels and dimes, too.

Those are novelty coins sold at tourist booths, gift shops. I saw several at a shop in Minnesota last summer. They're fun to have.

I've got an 1877 about 3" in diameter, sadly it's the only 1877 I have.
