Sorry for the bad image quality.
My dad found a bag of these coins hidden in a foreclosed house he was cleaning, and I can't seem to find any info on them. Can anybody help me identify this?

The coin has the same thing stamped on both sides.

It's most likely a token from a store. In Japanese it says "sentaa" or center.

I assume it's a Japanese pachinko / pachisuro token - for use in a peculiarly Japanese kind of pinball / slot / gambling machine. See this old thread.
