Please quote me if I'm wrong but I think Steinbach is in Canada, and Gebr is a German abbreviation for brother.

Haupt translates to Main or Central. Bahnhof: station or railway station.
Gebr. short for Gebrüder: Brothers
The P. may be for Parkplatz: Parking

So my guess is Main Parking Station; Steinbach Brothers.
