To be a FBL the last two lines on the bell must be complete. That one doesn't look to be IMO.

I agree with Halfwitty, it doesn't look like it has full bell lines.

Help me be clear about FBLs.

All bell lines must be complete (E/W) except where the crack in the bell is, correct?

there are two sets of bell lines (callem north and south. Each must have three uninterrupted lines (except at crack) from east to west?

e.g.
_________________ _____________________
__________________ _______________________
___________________ ________________________

___________________ _________________________
___________________ _________________________
___________________ _________________________

is this correct?

Does "complete" also include definition of strike? In other words, if it's a poor strike but the lines are complete, does that mean it's an FBL?

I need help with this because I am not sure I understand what I've read on the various internet resources about it and want to determine if any of my Franklin set are FBLs.

I dont mean to be dense

I've tried to take pictures of the coins but theyre so silver that any light reflection at all washes out the detail of the coin.

Thanks
Jim
