I don't know about this date's strike issues, though - could be weak. I really like these, too, and pick them up whenever I can, especially in better conditions like this. Not sure about rarity, though. By the way, 2009 Spinks lists the 1821 at 60 pounds in EF (no separate distinction for the dot after date). Nice coin, SD Report this Post to the Staff

Quite happy with the purchase as my Great Britain representative in the set. I grade it no better than gEF, myself. Report this Post to the Staff
