i just got back from a coin show about 4 hrs ago, I LOVED it there! even more than the first time!
i got some excess things such as a BU roll of 1957 d wheats(in original roll!), a couple of wheat rolls, some free-bees, etc.
so, the main focal point of this coin show were these 3 coins!

1. a 3CN, a selling: $18 bought: $18

Sounds like you had a good time and made some great buys. I am going to my first coin show on April the 24th. I am really looking forward to it.

Sweet buys there. I can't wait until October when my favorite show is scheduled to take place.

Well done! The large cent is really very nice. Wish I could have been there to fill some holes as well.

Very nice. I attended a coin show today also and was able to pick a 1968-S, 1970-S,1971-S, 1972-S and 1975-S Jefferson nickels for half price.

The Three Cent piece is about average and fairly priced. Personally I think you overpaid for the proof quarter. I would not describe it has having "nice colors" I would call it hazed and I don't feel it is attractive. The large cent though is very nice and I think you got it at a bargain price. I would be proud to have a coin like that in my collection. Overall I think the large cent was by far the best deal you made.

Proofs are tough to photo well. The quarter probably looks far better in hand. I have to say I think that large cent looks pretty good.

Why not a little more info about the show. Many people have never been to one so usually try to give as much info as possible. Such as where it was, price to get in if any, how crowded, how many dealers, etc.
