Found this while metal detecting and I assume it is a pretty common token but on the reverse where it is supposed to say "Shoot him on the spot" it says "Shoot him on the spoot." Is this a common error? I have now put it on ebay if anyone is interested. http://myworld.ebay.com/coinguyerick

I can't comment on the relative rarity, but it's mentioned in this old thread as Fuld #209/414a with rarity rating R2.

Yes it is common, but it is also popular. There are ten different varieties of this die, only one says "spoot" and all the CWT collectors seem to want it (Usually paired up with one of the normal ones.) Unfortunately being common it tends to be available in nice condition, greatly reducing interest in a dug piece.
